April 2026

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult-only event.

Both indoor and outdoor. In June, Tarragona, Spain, has an average high temperature of around 25C (77F)  and an average low of 16C (61F). The weather is warm and sunny, with approximately 9 hours of sunshine per day. June sees minimal rainfall, with a low chance of precipitation, and moderate humidity

  • Essential Tech – Portable charger/power bank, charging cables, and a universal European travel adapter to keep all devices powered throughout the trip.

  • Voltage Compatibility for Hair Tools – Verify that hair dryers, curling irons, straighteners, and other powered beauty tools are dual voltage (110V–240V). Spain uses 230V power, and non-compatible devices can be damaged even when using a plug adapter.

  • Front-Carry Anti-Theft Bag – A secure crossbody or sling bag worn in front of the body for passports, wallet, phone, and other valuables, especially in busy tourist areas and transit hubs.

Euro

– There are currency exchange options both in the airport & Within barcelona

Option 1: Contact Your Current Phone Provider

  • Call your mobile carrier before your trip and ask about international plans for Spain and Europe.
  • Ask about:
    • Daily international pass pricing
    • Data limits or throttling
    • Calling and texting rates
    • Coverage in all countries you plan to visit
  • This is usually the easiest option because you can keep your current phone number and service without changing any settings.

Option 2: Bring an Unlocked Phone and Purchase a Local SIM Card

  • Confirm that your phone is unlocked before traveling.
  • Upon arrival in Barcelona, purchase a local SIM card or eSIM from a Spanish carrier.
  • This option often provides more data at a lower cost than U.S. international plans.
  • Your phone will receive a temporary Spanish phone number, but you can still use apps like WhatsApp, FaceTime, and Facebook Messenger to communicate with family and friends.

Recommendation: If convenience is your priority, contact your current provider about international plans. If you want the most cost-effective option and plan to use a lot of data, bring an unlocked phone and purchase a local SIM card or eSIM upon arrival in Spain.

Use the Barcelona Metro to reach Sants Estació, the city’s main train station.

From there, take a direct train to Tarragona. Guests can use L3 (Green Line) or L5 (Blue Line) on the Metro map to access Sants Estació from many areas of Barcelona.

The journey to Tarragona takes approximately 30–40 minutes by high-speed train or 1–1.5 hours by regional train.

To return to Barcelona, simply take a train from Tarragona Station back to Sants Estació and connect to the Metro for your final destination.
